For over a decade, Dr. Rob Friedberg, Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology, has been dedicated to dentistry and periodontology. Dr. Friedberg received his undergraduate education at EmoryUniversity in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine from theUniversity of Connecticut, where he also completed a three-year residency in periodontology. Now, he leads an exceptional team here at Dr. Friedberg & Associates—the premier periodontist in Houston, Texas.

Meet Moayad Mardini, DDS, MDS
Moayad Mardini, DDS, MDS, joins our office after completing a three-year residency training program in periodontics at the University of Connecticut. Throughout his residency training, Dr. Mardini gained extensive experience with minimally invasive techniques to perform periodontal plastic surgery and dental implants for optimal outcomes in esthetics and function. In addition to specialized training in periodontics and implant surgery, he also completed his master of dental science degree focusing on better understanding the progression of periodontal disease. He also completed his training for moderate parenteral anesthesia at UConn Health Center and John Dempsey Hospital. Dr. Mardini is excited to move back home to Texas. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Mardini enjoys the great outdoors. He spends his free time hiking in national parks, kayaking and spending time on the tennis court.
